The Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) is a nonprofit private corporation which provides services and supports to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We've built an infrastructure since 1964 that provides quality programs and resources to people and their families in Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin and Summit counties. Our focus is to offer people positive choice over their lives which results person centered services.

**This is a PART TIME position.

The Direct Service Provider shall provide supervision, training, transportation, and/or additional support services as identified in the Service Plan to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live in their communities. The provided supports may include, but are not limited to: medication supervision, assisting with hygiene, providing basic first aid, monitoring/ensuring safety, transportation to work and recreation activities, life skills training (i.e. sex education and relationship building), meal preparation, home maintenance, assisting with individual's behavioral management needs and crisis intervention. The Direct Service Provider shall attend meetings as requested.


High school graduate or equivalent. Prefer one year working with people with developmental disabilities. Good physical stamina. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds independently, occasional twisting, bending and kneeling. Must have good driving record and provide current driving history at the time of application.
